Understand the work
A short piece of work to learn how your operation runs and where the software gets in the way. It ends in a written assessment, which is yours either way.

Agree what it is worth
A plan with tradeoffs made explicit, and an agreement on what the system is worth to you once it is running. That is what you pay against.

Build it
Working software in short increments, in your hands early. You judge progress by using it.

Run it
It goes live and we keep it running — hosting, support, and changes as the business changes. This is the part we are paid for.
Small by design
You work with the people building it. Nothing routes through an account manager, and nothing gets delegated to someone cheaper.
Custom over category
You are not being fitted to something we already sell. There is nothing here you need to buy.
We are paid when it works
No build fee. We earn once the system is running, so we only propose work we believe will pay for itself.
