Operational data pulled out of the tools it is trapped in and put where a decision can rest on it.
The numbers a business needs usually exist. They are spread across an accounting package, a scheduling tool, a spreadsheet someone maintains, and an inbox — none of which were built to be read together.
Consolidating them is less a technical problem than a definitional one. Two systems will disagree about what counts as a completed job, and the useful work is deciding which answer is right before automating the reporting on top of it.
